If you google the most important events in world history, you may or may not find a reference to Jesus Christ coming to this earth. You will find when an American astronaut landed on the moon and put his feet on its surface. But, you may not find any reference to the birth of the greatest person who ever lived. A person who the Bible tells us is not just a man, but also deity. That is why I believe the greatest event in Human History is when Almighty God came down and put his feet on Planet Earth… We call that the Incarnation…. We also call that Christmas Morning.Isaiah prophesied 700 years before that FIRST CHRISTMAS MORNING, that God Himself, The Prince of Peace, would come into this World and establish His Kingdom forever. Look at what he says back in 700 BC. Isaiah 9:6–7 (NKJV) For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. And I submit to you, that this is the greatest event that has ever happened in the history of man. The Mighty God, the Everlasting Father wrapping Himself in Humanity, being born in a poor stable with animals, and being announced to lowly shepherds in the field that a Savior has been born to save all mankind from sin.
